Emanuel County - Community Awareness

CSRA EOA, Inc. Energy Assistance Program will begin November 2019 to assist with home HEATING costs. Our target population are households 65 years and older and medically homebound.  Eligible households may begin calling November 1st to schedule an appointment.  If funds are available the General Public can begin calling our office December 2019 to possibly schedule an appointment. 

Emanuel County will be accepting appointments 

 November 6th and 7th, 2019

Items Required to Apply

  • Picture ID for all household members 18 years and older
  • Social Security card for all household members
  • Proof of income for past 30 days for all household members
  • Most recent Heating Bill 
  • Most recent Electric Bill (Required for Data)

 Income Eligibility – Gross Income at or below 60 % Median Income

One Person          $23,776                                               Five People                 $53,040

Two People          $31,092                                               Six People                   $60,356

Three People       $38,408                                               Seven People              $61,727

Four People         $45,724                                               Eight People               $63,099
