Community beautification is a shared responsibility that enhances the quality of life for everyone in Emanuel County. While the county's public works and code enforcement teams work diligently to maintain public spaces, clear rights-of-way, and enforce local ordinances, we understand that sometimes, residents need a little extra help. That’s where Keep Emanuel Beautiful (KEB) steps in.
One of the organization's main goals is to support community-led efforts to transform neglected or overlooked spaces into clean, vibrant areas that everyone can enjoy.

Please note that as part of the Emanuel County government, public works and code enforcement focus on services within their designated scopes. For needs outside of those parameters, KEB offers additional support to ensure our community remains a place of pride and beauty. To solicit KEB's help for that purpose, complete the clean-up assistance request form on this page.
Once you've submitted your request, it will be automatically forwarded to the county clerk and Keep Emanuel Beautiful representatives. KEB meets once monthly and may need time to discuss the request as a group, so response times could be as long as 4 weeks.
