Justin Morris serves as the Public Works Director for Emanuel County, a role he has held since December 2017. A lifelong resident of the county, Justin takes pride in serving his home community through his work.
Before joining Emanuel County, Justin worked as a Construction Technician III on the Vogtle 3 & 4 project, where he contributed to several key milestones over a four-year tenure. His professional background and hands-on experience prepared him for the diverse challenges of managing public works in one of Georgia’s largest counties.
Justin is a proud graduate of Swainsboro High School, East Georgia State College, and Southeastern Technical College. He and his wife, Chelsie, have two children: Tucker and Mollie. When he isn’t working, Justin enjoys spending time with family and friends and pursuing his love of the outdoors through golf, fishing, and hunting.
