Brad Kirby serves as the road superintendent for the west side of Emanuel County, bringing over a decade of dedicated service to the county. With 17 years of experience in construction, farming, and the public sector, Brad is a seasoned public works supervisor known for his professionalism and commitment to safety.
Brad is deeply committed to his team, prioritizing their well-being and ensuring that every member returns home safely at the end of each day. He expects the same high standards of excellence from his team that he holds for himself, fostering a culture of integrity and hard work.
Brad holds two public works management certificates from the University of Georgia’s Carl Vinson Institute of Government, along with certifications in soil and water operations. He is also actively involved in civic groups and is passionate about helping others in the community.
Brad is married to Sybil Kirby and is the proud father of three daughters and one son. He is also a grandfather to several grandchildren. A born-again Christian, Brad finds joy in attending church, serving his community, and spending time with his family.
