Invitation to Bid: Ronnie Womack Softball Complex Renovation

Emanuel County Commissioners and Pope Construction Company, Inc. will receive bids for Ronnie Womack Softball Complex Renovations until October 23, 2024 at 2:00PM EST. Plans, specifications and addenda will be available at no cost at www.popeconstructionco.com; subcontractor registration is required prior to accessing plans. Plans, Specifications and Addenda will also be available in the iSqFt plan room. A Prebid meeting will be held at the project site, 632 McLeod Bridge Rd, Swainsboro, GA 30401 on October 1, 2024 at 9:00AM EST to discuss the project and introduce the project team. It is the proposer’s responsibility to check for and acknowledge all addenda prior to submission of bids.
