Public Hearing: Alcohol License Application for Jeremy Williams

PUBLIC NOTICE

 

The public is hereby notified that Jeremy Williams has applied to the Office of the Emanuel County Board of Commissioners for a license to sell Beer & Wine Consumption On Premises (COP) and Liquor by the Drink in the County of Emanuel, State of Georgia, at the following address: 586 Modoc Road, Swainsboro, GA 30401.

 

The Emanuel County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing into the merits of this application at the meeting of the Emanuel County Board of Commissioners in Swainsboro, Emanuel County, Georgia at 6 o’clock P.M. on the 21st day of January, 2025.

 

The public is further notified that the Board of Commissioners will conduct an informal hearing in order to determine if the applicant meets the criteria and standards established by County Ordinance and by State Law. All interested parties, the applicant included, who wish to be heard on said matter should be present at said meeting to present any evidence they wish the Board of Commissioners to consider relative to the application. All persons wishing to be heard shall give testimony under oath, which will be recorded either by a licensed court reporter or notary public, all in compliance with the Emanuel County Code of Ordinances.
