It is your responsibility to attend the meeting; reminders will not be issued.Meet the Deadline.
Submit your request at least one week before the scheduled meeting. Late requests may result in being deferred to the following meeting.Notify the Clerk if Your Plans Change.
If you are unable to attend after being placed on the agenda, contact the county clerk to cancel your request. This ensures the meeting runs efficiently.Restart the Process if Needed.
If you miss the meeting and still wish to address the commissioners, you will need to submit a new request using the form or by contacting the clerk.
