Martha Culbreth

Martha Culbreth has dedicated nearly three decades to serving Emanuel County, currently leading as the director of Emanuel County's 911 service and Emergency Management Agency. Her career with Emanuel County’s public safety services began in 1995, starting as a communications officer and quickly moving into administrative roles that allowed her to gain hands-on experience across all areas of emergency management. In July 2014, Martha was appointed to her current position, through which she oversees a team of 13 other certified communication officers.
