The Emanuel County Board of Commissioners is accepting proposals from qualified auctioneering firms for the online auction of the Mitchell Building, located at 101 S. Main Street, Swainsboro, GA 30401 (Parcel ID: S25 033).
The selected firm must meet minimum qualifications and have experience auctioning similar properties. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications and commission percentage.
