Emanuel County Commissioners and Pope Construction Company, Inc. will receive bids for Connie Thompson Kight recreation building renovations and additions, Emanuel County Recreation Department swimming pool, and Ronnie Womack Softball Complex renovations until August 14, 2025 at 2 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Plans, specifications and addenda will be available at no cost at on Pope Construction's website. Subcontractor registration is required prior to accessing plans.
Plans, Specifications and Addenda will also be available in the iSqFt plan room.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site (632 McLeod Bridge Rd, Swainsboro, GA 30401) on August 7, 2025 at 9 AM EST to discuss the project and introduce the project team. It is the proposer’s responsibility to check for and acknowledge all addenda prior to submission of bids.
