    1. This form is used by Emanuel County Fire and Rescue to record details of incidents that do not fit into other specific fire report categories. It captures information such as date, time, location, incident type, actions taken, responding apparatus, and a narrative summary.

      Separate forms are available for documenting structure fires, vehicle fires, wildland fires, and hazardous materials incidents. Be sure to use the appropriate form for those situations.
