    1. This form is used by Emanuel County Fire and Rescue to record details of structure fire incidents only. It captures information such as date, time, location, building details, ignition sources, responding apparatus, and a narrative summary. 

      Separate forms are available for documenting vehicle fires, wildland fires, medical calls, and other types of incidents.
