    1. This form is used by Emanuel County Fire and Rescue to record details of vehicle fire incidents only. It captures information such as date, time, location, vehicle details, ignition sources, responding apparatus, and a narrative summary.

      Separate forms are available for documenting structure fires, wildland fires, medical calls, and other types of incidents.
