Briefly describe the weather conditions at the time of the fire. For example: sunny, clear, cloudy, windy, raining, etc.
Example: Industrial/Commercial, Storage, Residential, etc.

Provide name and badge number. Separate by periods.
Example: "John Doe 100. Jane Doe 102. Jeff Doe 103."

Please include sufficient detail to serve as a reliable record and to help refresh memories in the future. Be sure to note witness statements, your own observations, any unusual actions or remarks by others, injuries, fatalities, or any circumstances that appear unique or out of place.
